CP2 Grade-2 PVC Coated Fabric -CP02

CP2 PVC Fabric is manufactured with a reinforced low-wick, high-tenacity polyester core woven in a dense panama pattern. Both sides are coated with high-density PVC and sealed with a dual-sided weldable PVDF protective topcoat for improved strength, weather resistance, and surface durability.

With a heavier 750 gsm composition, strong tensile strength, tear resistance, flame-retardant performance, and excellent weldability, CP2 is ideal for demanding structures exposed to sun, rain, wind, dust, and continuous outdoor use.

Technical Specifications

Care & Maintenance

Clean using pH-neutral cleaners, soft-bristle brushes, or low-pressure washing. Avoid aggressive solvents and steel scouring tools. During handling, avoid dragging the fabric on rough surfaces and roll the material instead of folding tightly to help protect the PVC coating.
