1. Products and Services

Shade and Canvas supplies ready-made, custom-made, branded, fabricated, and installation-based shade and canvas products.

Our products and services may include shade sails, canopies, event tents, branded tents, camping tents, outdoor umbrellas, privacy screens, canvas covers, car parking shades, and related installation services.

The specific product details, sizes, materials, branding, delivery timelines, installation requirements, and costs will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are prepared based on customer requirements, product type, size, material, branding, location, installation needs, and project scope.

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no validity period is stated, Shade and Canvas reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in material costs, supplier prices, transport costs, design changes, or project requirements.

3. Payments

Orders may require a deposit or full payment before processing, production, branding, delivery, or installation begins.

Custom-made, branded, fabricated, or special-order products are only confirmed after payment has been received and approved.

Shade and Canvas may delay production, delivery, installation, or handover where payment is pending.

4. Custom and Branded Orders

Customers are responsible for confirming sizes, colours, materials, branding details, artwork, measurements, and specifications before production begins.

Once material cutting, branding, printing, fabrication, or production has started, custom and branded orders may not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded unless the issue is caused by Shade and Canvas and confirmed after review.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines and charges depend on product type, order size, location, transport requirements, and site access.

Installation services are only included where clearly stated in the quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the site and ensure any required approvals, permissions, or access arrangements are in place before installation.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made, branded, cut-to-size, installed, used, or specially sourced products may not qualify for return unless they are defective, damaged on delivery, or supplied incorrectly.

7. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for using products correctly and following any care, handling, installation, or maintenance instructions provided.

Shade and Canvas is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor handling, unauthorized alterations, incorrect installation, extreme weather, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shade and Canvas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, delay, installation, or inability to use any product or service.

Where liability applies, it shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the Shade and Canvas website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and layouts, belongs to Shade and Canvas or its content providers unless otherwise stated.
