2. Quotations and Orders

Most custom, branded, fabricated, or installation-based products are supplied based on an official quotation.

Customers are responsible for confirming product details, measurements, colours, materials, branding, artwork, site requirements, and specifications before approving an order.

Once an order is confirmed and production, branding, cutting, fabrication, or procurement has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Payments

Orders may require a deposit or full payment before processing, production, delivery, or installation begins.

Shade and Canvas may delay production, delivery, installation, or handover where payment is pending.

All payments should be made through official Shade and Canvas payment channels.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines and charges depend on product type, order size, location, transport requirements, and site access.

Installation is only included where clearly stated in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

Customers must provide safe site access and ensure any required approvals, permissions, or access arrangements are in place before installation.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made, branded, cut-to-size, fabricated, installed, used, or specially sourced products may not qualify for return or refund unless supplied incorrectly, damaged on delivery, or confirmed defective.

6. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for using products correctly and following any care, handling, installation, or maintenance instructions provided.

Shade and Canvas is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized alterations, extreme weather, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, copy content without permission, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
