CP1 Grade-1 PVC Coated Fabric is made from a high-tenacity, low-wick polyester base fabric and coated on both sides with premium PVC resin. It is designed to deliver strong tensile performance, tear resistance, flame retardancy, and reliable protection against harsh outdoor conditions.

The fabric features a dual-sided PVDF/high-gloss acrylic lacquer finish, which improves UV resistance, helps prevent dirt buildup, and makes cleaning easier. Its strong weldability also makes it suitable for hot-air, wedge, and high-frequency welding applications.
