Solid Polycarbonate Sheets are engineered to provide excellent optical clarity with superior strength compared to standard glass and acrylic sheets. They are manufactured with a co-extruded UV protective layer on one or both sides, helping resist yellowing, brittleness, and surface degradation caused by tropical sun exposure.

These sheets are lightweight, flexible, and highly impact-resistant, making them ideal for demanding structural and architectural installations where safety, transparency, and durability are important.

Installation Notes

Allow a thermal expansion gap of at least 4mm to 5mm per linear meter during installation. Screw holes should be pre-drilled 2mm to 3mm larger than the screw shank. For UV-protected sheets, install the UV-protected side facing outward toward the sun. Avoid forcing sheets into tighter curves than the recommended bending radius to prevent stress damage.
