This premium technical canvas is made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic fibres, meaning the colour pigments are locked into the fibre before spinning. This helps the fabric maintain strong colour stability even after long exposure to sunlight and outdoor weather.

The fabric is suitable for high-end awnings, commercial canopies, umbrellas, marine enclosures, outdoor upholstery, and architectural tension structures. Depending on the grade selected, it is available in standard awning, marine, and heavy architectural coated options.

Fabrication & Care Notes

Acrylic canvas should be sewn or bonded using suitable lock-stitch systems, adhesive tapes, and UV-stable sewing threads. For permanent awnings and shade sails, 100% PTFE or high-grade bonded UV-stabilized polyester thread is recommended. Install with a minimum 15° to 20° slope to encourage rain runoff and reduce water pooling.
